An energising connector, I bring a strategic lens to my engagement with organisations and individuals. For over 25 years, I have honed my skills as an educator across systems and age ranges. I bring creative practices and systems thinking to the design of education modules, which have encompassed the environment, manufacturing and business sectors.

An expert in non-hierarchical approaches to governance, my ethnographic PhD research examines the decision-making of four non-hierarchically governed organisations in Australia, North America and Aotearoa-New Zealand. My contribution to the emerging field of participatory-democratic governance research extends the theory of collectivist-democratic organisations and innovative practice by integrating multimedia and multisensory methods with more conventional organisational methods.

I support teams, organisations and ecosystems to grow participatory leadership approaches through collaborative practices and thinking systemically. My practices include Art of Hosting, Warm Data Lab, The Work that Reconnects, Open Space Technology, The Circle Way and Liberating Structures.

I live on Wurundjeri Country in Naarm / Melbourne
