FLOW GAME FOR TEAMS

How do we unleash the potential of our teams to
amplify our work?

What would it take to bring your teamwork to the next level, gain new perspectives on challenging issues, create shared understanding or a different quality of relationship?

EXPLORE THE FLOW GAME FOR TEAMS

The Flow Game is a powerful tool for creating an interactive reflection, dialogue and action space for groups, teams and individuals.  Working through a game is a simple and unique way for teams of people to work with common questions, issues or challenges, and gain a fresh perspective and wise action.

It can be extremely useful for team integration, setting common ways of working, and working through purpose and values, long-standing challenges or future strategies. Whether your team is new, or already formed, or whether you are a leadership team, Board, or department or project team, volunteer or paid - the Flow Game can be powerful.

Your team (or teams) of 4-6 players will play with your own purpose and question, adapted to your own need and context.

Get in touch for a conversation on how this can be useful for your team, in your organisation or community.

We look forward to playing with you!

The Flow Game in action

We played the Flow Game to guide us in the future  direction of our organisation, with the question: What is the work that is needed right now - that is Campfire’s to do?

We gained clarity of our purpose, who we might work

with, and who could support us.

We had powerful insights on our contribution to the
world, measuring our impact, making wiser decisions,
keeping a clear focus and practising authentic leadership. The Campfire Co-op team

Hosting the Flow Game for a diverse team in the European Commission was a way of addressing what is hard. It allowed for difficult conversations to be more accessible.
