My life focus has been in the areas of community development, (in particular intentional community), human health and environmental health, both in Europe and Australia.
In the for purpose sector I have worked in positions from front line worker level to state manager level in the human health areas of: child and adolescent addiction and mental health, adolescent/early adult mentoring, adult addiction, aged care, child protection and disability. I have been responsible for the development and roll out of new programs in response to community need in a range of health disciplines.
For much of my working life I have been dedicated to environmental work, specifically in biodynamic horticulture, tree production and environmental planning design and implementation for urban, rural and mining/industrial sites.
I have an ongoing passion for adult learning having managed a registered training organisation and within the for purpose sector as a Learning and Development Manager.
I lecture in the areas of the anthroposophical approach to addiction for trainee therapists, gender studies and biodynamics.
