A sense of purpose has always been my driver and has given me the courage to succeed in roles in government and small business. People describe me as a creative visionary - optimistic and committed to action.

I was first introduced to group and participatory processes in 1988, embedding these in my work with young people and the wider community. In 2012, I was introduced to the Art of Hosting and it has been one of my greatest joys to be a part of the community of Australian and international practitioners. I am also a Flow Game host.

I believe in the power of community to identify opportunities and to seek their own solutions, whether that community is a small team, community group, small or large organisation, business or government agency.

I’m passionate about empowering champions to continue to do good work in their own community by building their capacity to host conversations that really matter, to harvest their wise actions and to act.

Campfire Co-op provides me the opportunity to be self-managed while working with a team of mates who have my back and share a sense of purpose.
