I stepped in to co-create Campfire Co-op because I was seeking a place where I could connect with like-minded practitioners and collaborate on impactful work. What has emerged is that as an organisation that walks-the-talk of collaboration, Campfire has also been a place for me to learn about how I show up in the world. This has made me a better practitioner and more able to support those I work with.

My background has been in agriculture, environmental education and natural resource management. I had a 20+ year career with NSW State Government agencies supporting Landcare groups, projects and networks. More recently, I have been focused on supporting community-led recovery and resilience building following the Black Summer bushfires.

I am driven by the belief that communities and individuals have the power to co-create their own desired futures, and that if we stick-together we can move through anything. I see myself as a guide who can ask questions, listen deeply, hold space and offer practices and processes that can support people on their journey.

I live on Djirringanj Country in Cobargo, NSW with my wife Debra, and a few chooks.
