I grew up on Ngunnawal country in Canberra and currently live on Djiringanj land on the south coast of NSW.

I am curious about practices that lead to connection and insight, individually and collectively, offering a way forward that is a conscious response to the present moment. I am particularly interested in system dynamics, participatory leadership, intentional community and somatic practices.

I have a Bachelors of Media and Communications and Creative Arts and have studied and worked in the fields of horticulture, Permaculture and outdoor education. I am passionate about play, movement, awareness and connecting with place, and bring these enquiries into my work.
