I am a passionate, big hearted person that thrives on working with people. I love witnessing others discover their own gifts and talents and their connection to nature and each other.
I’m a nature lover, a plant lover, and a food grower. I dream of truly collaborating with as many people as possible to create vibrant thriving local community based urban food farms for the benefit of our earth and all beings that live here. My calling is to grow community in regional and remote places that are born of and evolve using participatory and collaborative processes.
I believe in the potential of regional and rural living as a gentler lifestyle where together we can truly be a part of regenerating our earth.
I’m the mother of three highly spirited teenage individuals that challenge the status quo and have shaped me and allowed me to grow in unimaginable ways. This role makes me a strong advocate for people that don’t ‘fit the box’ for many different reasons in many different situations and it means I have a good understanding of government education, vocational education and disability systems.
I am an active volunteer and a trainer. In both these roles I love to create unique, engaging, all-inclusive environments where people can realise their own potential and be supported to follow their own hopes and dreams.
My professional background is in food technology where I worked for multinational food companies in quality and food safety systems, change management, training, research and product development and quality testing.
I’m part of Campfire Coop because I long for and need to be discovering, learning and practicing different ways to work with and relate to others in all aspects of my life. Campfire Coop is a place where I can bring my whole self with an open heart, feel at ease and have fun!
