My passion lies in supporting people to realise and communicate their true potential - individually, and within communities and organisations. I believe in the power of people to change the world for the better.

From an agricultural, natural resource management and community development background, my work has included 20 years with the public sector. I am experienced at working with community organisations, government agencies and local business. I am skilled at supporting multi-stakeholder groups to find common ground and co-create action. I often work with issues where conflict exists and problems appear to be intractable. My approach is to co-create and hold space for people to collaboratively resolve their own problems.

Actively engaged in leadership development, supporting men's wellbeing issues and leading contemporary rite of passage camps for teenagers, I am passionate about facilitating experiences where people can grow and heal.

My intention for being involved in Campfire Co-op is to offer my skills and experience, in collaboration with others, to build a collective of practitioners that can support people to become more connected and real in how they live and work.

We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of all the lands in which we work and pay respect to all Elders past, present and future, and their people, culture, and history.  In Australia, we honour that this is Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land and thank them for the care they have given this land for thousands of years.
